Part of a large factory terrazzo tile restoration. Approximatley 3,000m2 of new tiles (~33,000 nr) were installed due to damage inflicted by previous tenants.

Eco Friendly Flooring

New Terrazzo Floors

Super-strength cement/aggregate mix with high shrinkage. Installed into bays of between 1.6-10m2 on a sand-cement screed of 50mm. Water rolled out.

Polished Concrete

Epoxy, Polyurathane and MMA terrazzo systems use resin as the binder instead of cement. As there is low shrinkage with resins, no expansion joints are required.

Precast

Products are manufactured, ground, grouted and polished at our production facility. Terrazzo such a skirting, upstand, facade, countertop etc are then installed without the need for mechanical grinding on site.
