Polished Concrete

Polished concrete is an exceptionally hard wearing and easy to maintain dustproof flooring option. Large warehouses are often coated and recoated with epoxy resin over the years - which is environmentally unfriendly, and in the long term not cost effective. Polished concrete will last for many years with little or no maintenance. It can be placed over underfloor heating, colour stained or installed with a dry shake coloured topping. The price for polished concrete is determined by the amount of grinding required, (how much aggregate exposure), whether the floor requires repairs/holes filling, whether sealers or densifiers are to be used, and finally what degree of shine is required. Todays digital, sophisticated floor grinders operate using three phase power, which we could provide via a generator if necessary.
